		OUR LEADERS
Y		*ELDERS (Z'KENIM)* The Board of Elders is the ruling body of our congregation, overseeing administrative affairs as well as the spiritual life of the congregation
		Chad and Rebecca Holland Chad and Rebecca moved from Orlando, FL. to Memphis to be part of Brit Hadasha in September of 2007. Chad serves as the Assistant Rabbi, oversees discipleship, oversees cell/chavurah groups, handles the administration of the congregation and currently serves on the Budget Committee. Chad has recently been appointed as the Interm Congregational Leader of Brit Hadasha.
		Dr. Allen Raich & his wife Becky Allen & Becky have been part of B'rit Hadasha since the congregation was formed in 1982, and have both served in numerous roles. Allen serves as the Associate Congregational Leader of Brit Hadasha..
		Bill Becraft & his wife Nancy Bill and Nancy came to B'rit Hadasha in 1984 and have served in a variety of roles.
Y		*DEACONS (SHAMASHIM)* Deacons are individuals meeting Biblical criteria who are recognized as servants within the congregation. B'rit Hadasha's shamashim fill various roles of service.
		Susan Miller Susan has been a part of B'rit Hadasha since 1983. She has served in numerous roles and currently oversees the planning of special events and celebrations, and co-leads the New Building Committee.
		Lenora Runge Lenora leads the Dance Team and has been part of the B'rit family since 1983.
		Sharon Lindsay Sharon has been part of B'rit since 1993 and is the Director of Shabbat School.
		Stan & Katie Dickey Stan & Katie came to B'rit Hadasha in 1993. Stan is a member of the Leadership Board, oversees the Worship Team, and leads the congregation in worship. Katie assists with the Worship Team, leads weekly prayer, and teaches Shabbat School.
		Larry & Gwen Ruggles Larry came to B'rit in 1996 and Gwen in 2000, and were married here in 2002. Larry is a member of the Leadership Board, co-leads the Men of Joy group, runs the sound system, and is in charge of emergency preparedness. Gwen takes care of the landscaping and gardening. The Ruggles are currently on Sabbatical.
		Darryl & Janice Godinez The Godinez family came to B'rit Hadasha in 1999, and have served in various capacities. Currently Darryl & Janice oversee the sadranim (greeters). Janice serves as our Bookkeeper and sends out birthday & anniversary cards, and Darryl also schedules people for various bimah responsibilities.
		Sherry Landry Sherry has been part of the B'rit family since 2001.
		Karen Maggs Currently Karen serves as overseer of the B'rit giftshop and co-leads the New Building Committee
