- 2 cans of chickpeas
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Clove of garlic, small
- Optional ingredients: Cumin, paprika, or other spices.
Blend tahini and olive oil in blender for a minute. Add garlic and chickpeas and blend thoroughly. Add salt to taste and blend.
Pour into serving bowl and mix in olive oil and other optional spices, if desired. Garnish with your favorite toppers like garlic, sundries tomato, olives, spices.
